Biocube's Face Recognition Technology Can Enhance Organizational Security

Biocube, a biometric identity solution provider with its operational headquarters in Gurgaon, has developed new-age face recognition technology to enhance organizational security. Accompanied by liveness detection, geolocation, geolocation, and AES 256 encryption, it is truly one of a kind.

The company’s face recognition technology is usable for door access control, attendance management, and monitoring of individuals on the premises. The biometric access and attendance systems have been developed keeping the futuristic demands in mind.

For example, Biocube’s TruNtrance is an app that caters to employee attendance management and visitor access control. So, hosts can book appointments online and register their face biometrics to receive access on their arrival without any manual intervention. They are only required to show their face and scan a QR code sent to their registered email IDs for passing through the checkpoints.

Similarly, the biometric employee attendance system allows one to mark check-ins and checkouts using face scans seamlessly. Since it is integrated with liveness detection, the chance of proxy attendance becomes negligible, which often happens with RFID or chip cards. Today, Biocube has also developed biometric technology that can integrate into existing IP cameras, making it even more convenient for employees to mark their attendance and secure the organizational premises.

Biocube has also developed IDenTrip, a solution that can allow air travelers to make their journeys seamless and make airports safer. The users only undergo a registration process, link their tickets, and baggage information, and the airport security has passenger information until they checkout. A similar instance is possible for border management.

The biometric identity of the individuals isn’t stored on the device but on a Distributed Data Architecture and secured by AES 256 encryption, making it highly secure. The systems work through an app or integration with existing hardware, such as an IP camera. The TruNtrance app can even work in offline mode.

The administrators receive real-time alerts for proxy attempts. The technology is erasing the demand for specialized biometric systems and safeguarding the biometric data of registered users. In addition to this, the app captures 512 data points of a user, making their identity completely secure and undergoing a deduplication process, too.

AttendFy, a face recognition attendance solution developed by Biocube, is not only marking the attendance of the students but also ensuring their real-time presence on the premises during the designated class timings. The integrated biometrics prevent the incidents of proxy attendance, which often happen during the traditional roll calling system.

The company provides customization requirements to offer more convenience to teachers, administrators, and parents. The app allows to view student check-in and checkout timings in real-time. The elimination of roll calling saves classroom time and provides additional time to clear student doubts or conduct activities.

Biocube is set to enhance its existing module with the integration of Web 3.0 and other technologies. A company spokesperson mentioned that “Biocube is going to become a pioneer in contactless biometric technology with its state-of-the-art system, which has already received a US patent.”
